FEE POLICIES FOR SEASONAL SITES

Deposit of $2000.00 in full is due September 1st of current year
to confirm your seasonal site for the next season.
Balance payable in full by March 1st of following year.

THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE 
Deposit includes off-season storage.
All seasonal sites fees are payable in full by 
MARCH 1st of the following year.
A deposit of $2000.00 must be paid with all new seasonal sites booking made prior to April 15th of current year.

This Deposit is non-refundable

No refund applies to seasonal sites cancelled after June 15th of current year.

Overdue accounts are charged interest at 3% per month.
Accounts paid by credit card will include a service charge of 3%.​

Long Weekend: Minimum 3 night stay

Note: All site fees apply to Parents and their unmarried children living at home only.

VISITORS: All relatives, friends and guests
