FEES POLICIES FOR SEASONAL SITES
A deposit of $500.00 must be paid by September 1st
To confirm your season site for the next season.

THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Deposit includes off-season storage.
All seasonal sites fees are payable in full by
MARCH 1st of the current year.
A deposit of $1000.00 must be paid with all new seasonal sites booking made prior to April 15th of current year.

This Deposit is non-refundable

No refund applies to seasonal sites cancelled after June 15th of current year.

Overdue accounts are charged interest at 3% per month.
Accounts paid by credit card will include a service charge of 3%.
